We guarantee that it leaves here as a good piece of used equipment ready to give you, what we feel, is lots of use if properly cared for. We have been here since 1987 and have many references that we will gladly share with you if you ask.
   We make no distinction between Brother and Knitking.
   Refusing shipment because you change your mind becomes very costly for us. Change of mind returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund shipping costs. Not trying to stiff you. Just have to cover the cost of the folks we pay to package and ship
